My Fridge, Horatio
I have been collecting letter magnets at thrift stores for awhile now, and hilarious messages keep popping up on the fridge. I decided it must be the fridge itself trying to communicate. I have named him Horatio, and I’ll be posting his comments when they pop up.

My mom once told me that I had nice shoulders. That is about the same as telling someone that they have a great personality.

Aww…Well my mom told me recently that when I was growing up she thought I’d never be able to cook or clean for myself. That’s also not reassuring. You do have a great personality, and shoulders, and you’re cute in the bargain.

Better than a guy writing in your yearbook that you have nice ears.

My mom said I’d be six feet tall by the time I was fifteen…I just needed to hit my growth spurt. At fifteen, she curiously moved the age back to 17 and then again at 19. I’m still waiting.
